The workshop Proceedings will be published by World Scientific. All
registered participants will receive a copy of the Proceedings.

Instructions for preparing camera-ready manuscripts for the Proceedings

You will need the style files for the 9.00"x 6.00" trim size, which can
be downloaded in Latex2e format from the above web page.

Please limit the size of your contribution according to the length of your talk:

30 minutes - 12 pages
25 minutes - 10 pages

The deadline for submissions is August 1, 2004.
